According to Cardiff reporter he was recruited from Plymouth by "nearby" Brighton. Has he looked at a map?

I think there are going to be many thousand disgruntled supporters if we don't end up with a pretty impressive looking striker come tomorrow night.

I am moderately disgruntled and yet... Nooney was so fantastic on the ball, but how many of his great runs ended with end product? If he had had that end product (crossing OR striking) more REGULARLY he would not have been allowed to go.

Perhaps as a player he flattered to deceive. I'm inclined to think we have done a good bit of business, despite the loss of a good lad and a favourite with the fans.

All this said, he will still bite us on the arse in Cardiff. It's inevitable.

Excellent business. We buy him for 300,000 and sell him for 3-4 times that (£1.2million) in less than 18 months.

Although the bloke in front of me who proudly wore his Noone 11 shirt on Saturday might want to put a hyphen in it now. So that it should read No-one 11:lolol:
