NSC offers me smiles and information and a glimpse of other people's passion in an otherwise humdrum day.
I also get an audience, even if it's fleeting, and i think we all crave that to an extent.

As an exile I found out a lot of info from Nsc and got back into the swing of being a fan again as opposed to someone who looked at the fixtures list and ticked off all the northern based games.

It's great to go to games and say hello to people knowing who they are rather than just dragging along a Sheff Wed supporter who was just humouring his wife (little did he know what effect it was going to have on him)

The humour 99% of the time is brilliant, and the Falmer campaign is excellent.

Read the board for ages before signing up. Taking the plunge in Jan gave me a platform for opinionated claptrap.
