we were discussing in the car why MM cannot pick/buy/whatever a decent striker....after all, he was a striker and so was the Clipboard Kid.

Beause he hasn't got the money to spend on one so he has to take a chance! FACT

At this level of football 150k really is no money! :nono:

At our club however, 150k is a SHITE LOAD of cash.

I believe that BZ is the only other player we've been allowed to spend more than 100k on in the last decade..but he proved to be worth a LOT more than that.

With Currie, Virgo, Harding, etc. Some come off some don't but add up the above and you must agree he ofter gets it right. Also look at Frutos, Carole, and give the man some credit. Not Fegie or Wenger get it right every time.

Decade? Jason Peake :lolol:

It was a risk buying El Turi, but I won't be tempted to say it hasn't paid off. We don't know yet.

Molango obviously has natural talent, but he hasn't adjusted to the English game, which is a real shame.

El Turi, obviously has something about him, I hope that we see this some day, soon.

Magoo should be able to COACH our GLUT of forwards where the goal is. The fact that he cant means he should go NOW

I'm confident Turienzo cost £150k as it happens. He's had the money, and he's pissed it up the wall.

Bullshit.

Kazza's goal was magical today. Alas, he might be just a year or two off becoming an all-round player, but that guy will be sold on for more than we got for Virgo

Good point.

It didn't even deserve those seven characters.
