What's wrong with making your own curry.

I do sometimes, I have a friend who is a chef in Goa and he cooked a curry over 4 days for my girlfriends birthday and man alive I just gave up trying to perfect it, best curry I have ever had in my life before or since. Besides a takeaway serves the purpose of not having to make any effort whatsoever.

It's just that I have a phobia about takeaway cleanliness especially the Asian ones, therefor, when I do make a curry at home I make loads then freeze some in portion containers for a rainy lazy day.Four days? I have a mate who takes all day to make a tomoto sauce, bloody hell I made one better than his in 30 minutes and even he agreed it tasted better than his all day venture.

Raj Pavillion - London Rd.

Non-greasy, not too pricey, and absolutely taste-a-riffic. They have usurped Balti Express and Tropical Curryland in my affections.

And yeah, Raj Pavilion is the answer you're looking for.
