Who’s signature’s are these ?

Who’s signature’s are these ?

Bought a second hand copy of Paul Camillin’s Miscellany at the weekend and it has been signed by 4 people + Paul.
I can recognise Dean Cox and Jake Robinson scribbles but not the other two. Anyone recognise them ?
