Mother and Baby (count as one person) first - the rest have had some sort've life already , the baby could be the one who saves the world (unlikely but true)

Doctor/ Nurse second , need someone on hand to supply urgent medical attention to the rest I save if needed

Boy & Girl aged 5 next - again only really started life so need saving for the future

then teacher , and possibly business man

after that I'll leave it , probably be knackered - the PM I don't care about and the priest will be saved by his/her precious god

have you considered the reason he is using the candles and incense burner is because he is performing an exorcism.

you only need to save the priest and the one cover in green vomit(head facing the wrong way is a STRONG clue too). the rest are dead already
