Ducks are more aggressive than horses. So I'd have a go against the 100 duck sized horses. After a bit of snorting and stamping their tiny hooves they would eventually just start chasing each other around in a mini stampede before falling over and breaking their own legs.

Horse sized duck would bite your f***ing head off.
