I reckon we should turn it into a reality show.

At the start we get everyone applying, even the mentalists with no chance, then we whittle them down. Have a favourite who then breaks down and turns in to a mentalist. Then we get down to the good people and we can text in our votes to say who gets voted in just intime for the January transfer window, where they get a new deal and a £2million to spend in the transfer window

As long as they are relevant and authentic, I dont mind who is in charge
