Easy one to answer. Martin O'Neill, have great respect for all he has achieved in football, first as a player and now as a manager. He would have been my choice to become England manager, if of course he had wanted the job, Villa look better with him at the helm than they have done for years.

Without a shadow of doubt it has to be Sir Alex because he is single minded and places Man U interets above everything else unlike Harry who is only interested in the money and bungs he gets - allegedly. Plus Sir Alex has proved his ability time and time again and is only equalled by Wenger. The rest are also rans.

Southgate. One of the few managers who doesn't constantly blame the ref and accepts they have good days and bad days. A straight talker and a role model. Shame he can't take penalties.
