Poyet, Adkins, Allardyce and McDermott are all clearly very good. Possibly Mowbray too.

However, I suspect Keith Hill is going places. Quality manager whose teams always play on the deck. Rochdale have gone backwards since he left, whereas Barnsley are a neat and tidy mid table side on gates of 10,000.

Chris Hughton. He's inherited a Birmingham side who got relegated and lost their best players and still got them into a great position. His teams very rarely concede.

Chris Hughton for me - constantly adapts to changes in circumstances (and personnel) at a club that is walking a tightrope because of money-laundering owners. Remarkable achievement IMO. Would love to see him do well as much as I would love to see his owners doing serious time.

Has to be Gus some many so called football pundits said our style wont work in the championship. the way Gus has got us playing now and we not the finished product yet is bloody amazing.

Love Gus, tactically astute but still believe he needs a plan B at times - Went for Holloway.
