Hell
For me has to be Brian McDermott, he sets up his teams very well and quickly changes tactics if it's not working.

Big Sam is worth a mention I think, and my vote, he got it spot on when playing against us.

I was going to give Eddie Howe the protest vote for the tactical brilliance of his Burnley team, but thought better of it. :jester:

Like him or not but Big Sam's teams are always very well organised and tactically very sound

Remember Holloway brought on 3 subs in one go at our place and completely changed the game. Mind you, one of those players was Kevin Phillips.

Who voted for Chris Hughton ? If we don't beat Birmingham at home, we don't deserve to go up !

Chris Hughton. He's inherited a Birmingham side who got relegated and lost their best players and still got them into a great position. His teams very rarely concede.
