Who is responsible for getting the opposition team for Kerry's testimonial

Why would this be MM's responsibility? It must be the responsibility of the organising commitee to get these things arranged, not the first team manager.

Some people are just looking for any excuse to have a go. Pathetic.

It seems that although "who is responsible" was the main part of the original question, it has not been answered, just innuendos made. Does anyone actually KNOW

Plenty of teams in a much worse position than us seem to get friendlies against Premiership sides. We're not different status-wise than when we lured Spurs down to the the Goldstone in 1994.

And we give them a cut of the gate - after stewarding expenses. That won't leave much for Kerry.

I am only guessing at the problems - but judging by the efforts in other events for his testimonial I should think the efforts have been unstinting.
