Bets on now, given all the options in the draw for this year's 3rd round, place your prediction here as to who we'll get, and the reason for your hunch.

I'm convinced it's going to be Swindon away.

Because:

(1) Tradition dictates that we get a crap draw.

(2) Swindon would present neither glamour, money nor an easy passage to the 4th round

(3) Fate will conspire to give them the the chance to drag their sisters out of bed and vent their crossbar-related bitterness against us.

Anyone else feeling more positive (or negative) about this year's draw?

Palace would be marvellous, but we're never that fortunate with cup draws, hence I reckon Swindon.

Or some rubbish League Two northern side, which nobody will want to travel up to and who will beat us (Lincoln anyone?).

Prize to the person whose choice comes out when the official draw is made

I can't say who I think we'll get cos that will ruin it, but I am really excited about who I think it is going to be. Seriously, this involves one of those situations where many times in my life it's come true so I'm keeping shtum until after the draw.

You read it here first

By the law of averages it should be a big team. Suppose that rules Leeds an Palarse out then!

wherever the money is
Chelsea would be nice so we can get Abrimhovic to donate to the alive and kicking fund to the sum of £100 million:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

I think we will get Preston but do not know why

or more realistically, someone like Macclesfield away (and no I have no idea if they are still in it)

Exeter away would be handy personally too, as its the weekend before term starts again.

Like Edna said, it will be neither glamorous, nor moneyspinning, nor an easy victory. I'll add a fourth condition to the law of sod... it'll be no-where near me, either.

So I'm going for something like Luton away.
