using a drop in centre in Widdicombe Way. Look luv's if you live on a council estate out in the suburbs you have to all muck in and live in Harmony or else buy your own property in the town centre

A lot of it probably isn't council estate any more. I saw one for sale in an auction a few months back. Went for £140k and wasn't in too good a state.
