Salde had to get 5 points out of the last three games.
He also had til christmas when he would be replaced by coppell
he also had until he end of september when he would be replaced by wise.
Bloom is also successful because he doesn't keep backing a failing asset and would make changes quickly.
He also is someone who is successful due to long term planning and sees Bloom is on a two year plan.
He has also given Slade three years to get us to the championship.
So, clearly, we have a very accurate idea of Bloom and how he is likely to act because of all his friends posting on here.
