While or Whilst?

I went to school to learn English, for a whilst.

In a whilst, I will cook dinner.

See, better to eradicate the word from the dictionary altogether

But that's using the word as a noun, therefore it should be "while".

Only use "whilst" as a conjunction and it will sound correct.

It's disturbing that I've only been out of school 4 years and have forgotton. I apologise too but I was merely the sheep and following Frutos.

I left school 7 years ago, my English ain't not quite as good as what it used to be, innit?
