Indeed that is possible but not the consistancy they crave or the ability to win the Champions League which you will note Liverpool won the old version four times.

I think these teams (the best teams) have runs of 10 years, Liverpool, 70's, Man Utd 90's, we are now seeing Arsenal, whom I think will be top for this current decade.

They have to win the Champ/League firstly to prove how good they are!!
