I have played at waterhall and stanley deason, waterhall is much better, the pitch is immense!!!

Waterhall PISSES all over Stanley Deason!

If you can have 2 good defenders and 2 good 'forward' players and someone fit to do loads of running in the middle then you will do well.

A good keeper is essential aswell

Played at Stanley Deason for 8 years now on Monday late league. Been up and down the divisions in that time. Top 2 divisions are pretty good - mostly Saturday or Sunday Brighton league teams using it as a training workout. Played at Hamilton Lodge as well. Not for me - too small a pitch. Never done Waterhall. What makes it so much better?

found stanley deason to be a bit chavy but haven't played there for about 5 years. i've played for a few teams there, one team called it a day after somebody was given a right going over for no reason whatsoever. was a bit nasty.
