There was a little goblin doll thing that the Master used in one show - he would leave it in someone's room or car, it would then come alive and throttle them once he'd left.

I was about six at the time, remember having nightmares about it.

There was one episode which spooked me out as a kid and that was The Talons of Weng Chiang.

The spooky bit was his ventriloquist doll Mr Sin would come alive and his eyes were a real persons.

Has to be the beetle like Zarbis for me. Is anyone on here old enough to remember them? I think they featured in the very first series of Dr Who. Damn scary they were although I was only 6 at the time.
