Most English clubs have only ever had managers from Britain and Ireland
Nottingham Forest
Birmingham City
Millwall

Interesting if the influx of foreign managers has only been a Premier League trend and that most Championship clubs have only had managers from these Isles.

The further down the leagues you go, the more British it becomes. I often think that the Championship now is a bit like the old First Division from 30 years ago.
