I still love Dads Army, Fawlty Towers, Porridge, The young ones, comic strip presents, Monty Pythons, Bottom, thinking about it comedy these days is crap.
If we had a cam recorder of Cardinal Cannings adventures throughout the years Im sure that will out do any of the above:D :D :D :D :whisky::drink:

I watched one last night called "The News" it was well funny, this bloke and a woman were sitting there saying Wales has disappeared under water, and they didn't laugh once!

Classic stuff, I nearly wee'd myself.

Let us get one thing straight, the following two are NOT funny, you laugh once every 22.6 minutes, if that:

Only Fools and Horses
Dad's Army

The daddy of all the 'old skool' comedies has to be The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin every episode of which was total quality.

More recently:
Anything with Steve Cooghan as Paul/Pauline Calf
The Mighty Boosh
First series of Black Books
Peep Show
The Office

Albion and Premier League latest from Sky Sports
