Blowing up the Balloons!!!
For me it would be:

AFC Wimbledon: How brilliant would that be!?
Arsenal: They play a very attractive style of play, Wenger brings through lots of young talent, and they are a pleasure to watch.
Aston Villa: A good English team; British manager, good English players. A likeable club.
Blackpool: They wear Orange!
Brighton and Hove Albion: Do I need to explain?
Crystal Palace: What would be the point of us being there without a rival?
Everton: Another good English club. Have produced good English footballers and have a very passionate manager and crowd.
Fulham: Roy Hodgsen, Bobby Zamora, Craven Cottage.
Grays Athletic: NEVER going to happen, but my mrs supports them.
Hartlepool: Can you imagine how excited Jeff Stelling would get?
Ipswich: The Premiership needs Roy Keane!!
Leicester City: I have family in Leicester.
Nottingham Forrest: They have given English football a lot, and I like them.
Manchester United: They have won it countless times and make the place a whole lot more entertaining; late goals, world class players, Ferguson.
Newcastle: It’s crying out to be a big club, and the fans deserve it.
Norwich: Another club I quite like, large support, colourful home strip!
Plymouth: Greeeeeeeeeeeen Army!
Southampton: Despite most (all) of their fans being complete numptards, I quite like the club!
West Brom: They play good football, even when things are against them.
Wolves: I find McCarthy rather amusing, my mate supports them, and I think Kevin Doyle is Quality!

For me (off the top of my had in no order):

Arsenal
Brighton
Crystal Palace - well, we need a rival!
Everton
Liverpool
Manchester United
Manchester City
AFC Wimbledon
Sunderland
Crewe Alexandra - what? I love Gresty Road!
West Ham
Tottenham
Blackburn
Bristol City - My mate loves the cider drinkers
Swansea - NatterJack deserves it!
Fulham
Aston Villa
Bolton
West Brom
Wolves

Can't see AFC Wimbledon ever getting that big, am I right in thinking when (if) they make it into the league they'll have exactly the same problem their predecessors had of finding somewhere to build a ground? Much like another club I know.

I like your choices. You're the only one to include Sunderland, and you left out newcastle too.

I have a weird thing where I always count 'proper' Premiership teams as ones that were in it the first season I got a Panini sticker book (c.1997). Unfortunately this included Crystal Palace (with a very youthful looking Simon Rodger sticker!). I stil find it hard to accept that Wigan and Bolton are Premiership teams even if they have been in it ages!

Not 100% sure but i think they own Kingstonians ground where they play now, would have thought thats up to league standard, obviously might struggle if they got to the prem!!!

The teams finishing in the bottom 21 of League 2 exclude the two relegated clubs then add us. Would hopefully see us in the top 4 and then the Champions League!!!

All chosen purely for personal or family allegiances, because I have always found their fans to be a decent lot or because a few of them really went the extra mile for us when things really were going badly. In the case of Palace, everyone needs a rival and life at the top wouldn't be worth living without them along for the ride, also for the involvement of their fans in REMF.

Too many teams from London and not enough of a spread of teams. We should have some decent clubs all around the country who have a wider supporter base and loose a few of the other professional teams.

Brighton & Hove Albion
Southampton
Chelsea
Arsenal
Tottenham
Man United
Liverpool
Newcastle
Leeds United
Norwich City
Aston Villa
Sheffield United
Nottingham Forrest
Sunderland
Bristol City
West Ham
Plymouth
West Brom
Leicester
Cardiff
