Ah! I was a Withdean resident from Day 0, but born in Cuckfield. My sister was born in Cuckfield 3 years earlier, when my parents lived in Wilmington. It seems they were able to select Cuckfield for my birth. Cheeky blighters.

My brother was born in Cuckfield but, only because of some stupid fire at Crawley Hospital, so mother got sent to Cuckfield to give birth (Ironically I support Albion but brother supports Spurs). Could have been due to some problems at the RSCH (I'E it got busy).

Guildford. One of my favourite Towns of the South. Surounded by beautiful countryside and not far from Dorking, where I spent several years of my teenage life.

Ditto, though what led to my arrival apparently took place in a bungalow in London Road, Patcham, under what is now the bypass flyover. I believe Zachary Merton is now an old people's home. You can blame my mother, who grew up in Littlehampton, and her mother before her, who both worked there. I guess you must be about the same age as me, Mr BHAL. Everyone I've met who was born there is, like me, in their mid to late thirties.
