Marvellous scenes.

At home with Mrs Hiney, Ben (14), Sophie (11), Fraser (3) and Macy (18 months).

Up around 7.30am, cup of tea, some presents, bit of breakfast,
tidy up, settle down with a DVD.

Dinner around 5pm

Young ones to bed around 7pm

Farting heavily by 8pm

Gaviscon and Nurofen by 10pm

Bed by Midnight

Going to my daughter's on Christmas Day - first time ever I haven't had people round and had to cook the dinner myself :)

It's wonderful isn't it? Especially when your daughter uses the little tricks you taught her when she was learning to cook.

In fact my daughter cooks better than me now.

You lucky, lucky boy!

Christmas Day usually tends to be one of the most boring of the year, but our local is opening up from 7pm until 11pm this year and it seems plenty of us are going over there, so it should be a laugh for a change.

Nice one. :salute: Although personally I'm a cynic when it comes to modern day Christmas's, it can be a really lonely time of year for those not so fortunate.

Last Christmas I spent all day in bed being sick.

Hopefully I can sleep through this one too, unless there is something good on TV.
