CO-OP (Somerfield) all meat is British and an ethical company.

Sometimes buy from Waitrose on the Internet and also like Morrisons as all meat is british.

Buy local meat and fish often

Mostly Sainsbury's.

Taj and Morrisons if I'm in that neck of the woods - the former's fruit, veg and spices and the latter's fish and meat are excellent.

Other than that, Ravens for bread, Barfield for meat and dairy, fishmonger on the beach (can't remember his name) for seafood.

It's not that simple a question really.

For cooked meats, sliced cheese, oil, beer, butter, cereal and chocolate I go to Lidl
For fresh vegetables, fish, fruit, eggs and cheese I go to the Open Market
For spices, unusual veggies, pulses and grains, I go to Taj or the Thai shop
For sliced bread I go to the local shop

I get milk from the millkman and everything else from Sainsbury.

Possibly because it's not delivered pre-packed, but prepared by a butcher in every store.

Why do you still get your milk from Unigate or whoever it is, when it is cheaper and more accessible to purchase your dairy needs in the supermarket?

Also, do they deliver 6-days a week still?

Meat - A C Coughtrey butchers
Veg - Dyke Farm Shop

Foreign and Wonderfull stuff - Wing Wah or the Intercontinental in Worthing
And if I can't find it there, then Waitrose or Sainsbury

How on earth is travelling two miles down the road more accessible than going to your doorstep?
