Where do the albion train + how do I get there?

Im planning to go and watch the albion train on thursday morning, just a couple of questions:
1) where do they train?
2) what time do they start?
3) how do I get there?

Oh well that's a more respectable figure. They train on the 5 a side pitches in Whitehawk.

I think they start at 9. At Falmer University training complex. I am playing my Cricket matches there this summer.

You leave the A27 at the Falmer slip road, head towards Sussex Uni and take the first turning on the right. You will see the pavilion through the trees. They train to the South of the pavilion, usually at the pitch at the bottom of the slope.
