Yep just checked and was 1-5, my memory is not what it was.

You're are correct. we lost 2-8. The the time before that was way back in the 1958-1959 season when we lost 4-6 to Middlesboro

The 4-6 Middlesboro game was the first I attended by myself.

I also saw the 2-8 Brizzle game.They scored just about every time they attacked,and we winced at backpasses as well.The previous home game was the famous 0-4 cup replay against Walton & Hersham.Saw that,too.
