The two I booked online (in a single transaction) arrived Saturday in seperate envelopes, are not next to each other and I have been charged twice for them. A trip to the AMEX tomorrow now beckons. Frustrating.

Picked mine up from Amex yesterday. Serverly restricted view, so I am at the back, down stairs in broom cupbard looking through key hole I think but I am there!!
