I have to keep my dog on a lead, register it with the animal regulation people - while cats wander the streets and gardens murdering birds.

In answer to the thread - if the cat is still alive, toy with it for 30 minutes, perhaps torment it by sticking sharp objects into it and biting it before killing it.
