RTJ are an absolutely phenominal act. The timing of the album couldn't have been better either.

And every day on evening news they feed you fear for free, And you so numb you watch the cops choke out a man like me
And 'til my voice goes from a shriek to whisper, "I can't breathe", And you sit there in the house on couch and watch it on TV"

Now don't get me wrong I absolutely love Kate Bush, much earlier in this thread I posted her 'Moments of Pleasure' video which moves me to tears. However there are times when I listen to some of her songs and I am immediately taken back to this classic Partridge performance on Comic Relief and can't get his version out of my head. (Steve Coogan is a big Kate Bush fan).

:lolol:

This always make smile when I hear it. Involuntary joining in - When the ball hits the net - has got me some weird looks from non football/Albion fans

Same - most of my work colleagues hear my old anecdotes several times whether they like it or not. So this song brings happy memories as well. When you're sat in row Z and get hit on the head

Following yesterday's sad news, I had to listen to this today. My favourite Glam Rock track ever:

At the time of release Andy Fraser was 17, Paul Rodgers and Simon Kirke were 20 and Paul Kossof was 19. The song was allegedly written by Paul Rodgers and Andy Fraser in the Durham students union building in around 10 mins

Wow just wow
