Well it can't be Portsmouth as it's not on the south coast.

This is the best guide. I did my own calculations about ten years ago and I spotted the large population around Bournemouth. I had the Southampton area as larger and with a greater potential than Brighton & Hove. The trouble with our area is that a rapidly increasing population (since WWII) we have imported supporters with allegiance to their home town, e.g. parts of south London.
