Some years ago I was on TV in a quiz and had to have a specialist subject. I chose Wyatt Earp and won.
In the next round i chose The History of the Marathon and I was beaten by one point by a b*stard called Flashman. He went on to win it.
His specialist subject was 19th Century coins (and probably had a wardrobe of anoraks)
