What Were Your Most Memorable Bits of the Day Out to Villa?

Not including celebrating Elphick or Forsters goals?

It can be anything. I want to include a couple of bits in my latest blog with a bit of luck.

For me there were loads.
- The sheer volume of people for a start.
- Meeting the Bishop of Birmingham and getting him to pose with us outside his church with our Albion scarf.
- Seeing that we can play without hoofing the ball for the second week running
- Baby Potts' new jumper
- The Chicken Balti pie in the ground avec wooden spork
- Not having to sit down for the whole game, and sining our hearts out
- TSLR 16
- even the BTP on the train home were friendly

Definitely seeing us walk onto the field with no fear and playing the passing game, hopefully a style we will keep.

His "church" as it turns out, is Birmingham Cathedral. I looked it up earlier. We did ask a bearded lady outside the cathedral what the service was for, but her answer made no sense whatsoever, apart from the bit where I asked her who the bloke in the mitre was and she said huffily "that's YOUR bishop".

Er, no he isn't love, but thanks for the advice :lolol:

Going mental in the Doug Ellis upper home section and not being chucked out !. The volume from the North stand and our bit of the Doug Ellis was very impressive, the positive comments about our support and team from the Villa fans around me made me very proud.

Getting on a bus back into town because it was the one Canning was on. Not quite sure what led me to believe he knew which bus to get but it got me there.

The luscious young lady who sold me my programme and called me "luv".And how she fluttered her eyes at me,and how in that one moment we were transported together to the volcanic sands of Tahiti.

One of the most comfortable plastic seats I have never sat on.
