I tend to get up about 5-5.30 but that's because I don't like to rush. It also means that I'm never late for work which also means I don't have to rush to get going there. It's not a hardship as even the cummute is relatively relaxed. I could get up later but this is easier.

I am always up between 4.00am & 5.00am, what time i leave home, depends on my first appointment / meeting in the office.

I do find the early mornings a far better time to do all my Letters / Reports etc (and i can browse through NSC of course )

I'm usually up at 9am to start work at 10.30...lucky me, I know!

However I'm covering the breakfast show on Bright this morning. I'm on air now, and I had to get up at 5am :(

Only had 4/5 hours sleep as well!

My alarm is set for 07:20 but today didn't struggle out of bed until 07:45. So I will be late and its raining so a wet cycle to work. Plus I have a meeting with my manager at 10:00.

Alarm goes off at 7.15, but I always send Mrs Truf to the bathroom first so I get to listen to the radio until 7.45. I can start work any time I like - my office is 45cm from the bedroom... :clap2:

How soon is now?
The alarm goes of just before 7, a leisurely cup of tea and knock up a sarnie. Kiss the wife goodbye(she'll be in bed for at least another 45 mins from now), 10 minute cycle to work(15 in the car) and here I am at my desk, on my own for the first hour - so a quick check on the news etc, and I look hard at it as the 9 o'clockers arrive. I'm out of the door sharp-ish at half 4 every day - anything later is over-time

I have to be up fairly early but I am happy to stay over as long as you don't keep me up too long. Cheers, it'd be nice.
