People like something you've written, or maybe like you, or maybe they're feeling kind: They click the small star below your username and say they approve. You get some positive points. Positive points eventually make more green checkmarks for you. You are Gus Poyet - everyone loves you.

People don't like something you've written, or maybe don't like you, or maybe they're feeling mean: They click the small star below your username and say they disapprove. You get some negative points. Negative points will reduce your green marks and could, ultimately lead you to turning red. You are Dennis Wise - everyone hates you.

You could have been on NSC for 84 years and made 10 million posts. It doesn't matter. It's what other users say about you that influences your score, your checkmarks and their colour.

And, again, this is only on as a trial as some users requested it. I was never a fan of the concept which is why it's always been turned off on NSC until now.

Not related to the thread - but you might like to know that Ads contained within posts are not displayed correctly when the user is not logged-in. They appear over text.

Apparently I'm a JCL, despite supporting the Albion since 1979 ( my first match was in the West stand terraces )! :glare:
