okay, so none of them are great, but for me sexism makes me feel the most uncomfortable. probably because it happens all the time, and is casually accepted by so many. it makes me depair at work when a female colleague comes into our office and the looks that follow. probably also because i know far more women than i know gays/those from an ethnic minority.

I wouldn't say looking at a woman is sexist - 3.5 billion years of evolution means you have little choice in the matter. If you treat her differently in the workplace, because she's a woman, then that is proably sexist.

Racism for me, I dont mind a bit of casual racism amunst FRIENDS, but ACTUAL racism is just uncalled for in my book

As daft as it sounds, no it really doesn't offend me. It might make me angry, it might make me think the guy was a prick or ignorant but it won't offend me.
