As we've already established the west stand is one of the highest structures in the modern world, the effects of g force from that height need to be factored in. As the paper reaches terminal velocity at 10 meters per second it will take on the weight of a small BOULDER. Someone could get badly hurt and the paper could go through their baseball cap, hair, scalp and skull straight into the fleshy brain MATTER. It will be like JFK Dallas all over again.
