Are you thinking of the game Peter Ward played in at The Goldstone?

If so, it was in 1977 and finished England 6 - 0 Norway. Wardy scored a hat-trick.

there you go again...I am so glad you are available to put an old duffer like me right on things. You really are a truly marvellous person to have around

Whilst you are at it, can you explain why an IP block I have allocated to a customer's internet feed is not being picked up in the traps and is therefore not allowing me to run bandwidth reports, even though it appears under ehealth monitoring sub feeds?

Magic even scored one of them with a header :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Brighton 7 York 2 , went in 2-2 at the interval and was shown as the main match on MOTD. Did slightly better the same season against Walsall , 0-0 at half time , did the business in the 2nd half and won 7-0.

From memory, which can be shakey, for me it would be the 7-2 over York in the Peter Ward/Spider Mellor era.

Can't think of any others including games I may have missed. What was the Northwich Victoria Cup game ..8-0??

The next would be the very dramatic 4-4 with Orient at the Goldstone.

I've missed some haven't I??

I saw the 7-2 game and I also saw, if I remember right, a 6-1 against Peterborough the same season.

If you mean overall, I'd go with the 4-4 against orient previously mentioned in this thread.

If you mean for one side, that would, coincidentally given this weekend's fixtures, be an away game to oldham, I think in '91-ish where we lost 6-1 or maybe 7-1. It was my first away game, I think they still had the plastic pitch. My brother took me to the game as a birthday present.

Have you tried switching off then on again?
