i (f***ing stupidly) put £400 on Arsenal to win the f***ing Carling Cup when they were in the semi's with only Boro to beat, then a choice of Bolton or Villa in the Final!

I had a spread bet at the start of the year selling the dollar against the pound, it started going against me but I stupidly kept running it. At one point I was down £75,000 and counting. Luckily it came back my way and I got out for a loss of about £12,000. Never thought I could be so happy to lose 12k.

ive had several £200 chips on one colour a roulette online. Gets very nerve racking. Blew quite a bit, but what a buzz.
