Lamb is clearly the daddy, not only is it tasty but the little sheeps are free range and use otherwise unproductive land so score on the eco front too.

run close by the many delicious cuts from piggies, Bacon, Gammon, Hams, Salami, sausages, ribs etc. though pork as chops or roast can be a bit crap.

Anyone who loves pork should spend some time over here where pork products are king - sausages, schnitzel, sauerkraut etc. I can't stand it anymore.

I long for roast lamb with all the trimmings but duck is just number one for me - crispy duck or magret de canard are heaven.
