From todays Argus:

Albion have already played four games in the space of 11 days under Wilkins, so he gave the players an unusual break from their customary routine yesterday in the build-up to their longest journey of the season and another tough away trek to Yeovil next Tuesday.

"We went down to the seafront to have an ice cream, chill out and just relax," he said. "They've had to deal with the emotional side of all the changes, as we have, and the physical side with the flurry of games.

Did they go to that Italian place in Hove, Marocco's?

Bloody lovely, the ice cream there.

I always used to go there when I was a child and went again recently with my kids because I remembered they did the BEST soft chocolate and vanilla soft ice creams. The lady told me that they stopped doing them 20 years ago!! Shows how old I am. Had a coffee instead, yummy indeed.......

Anyway the choice in the poll not good enough.....sorry.

Coffee it is.

I'm told by someone in the know that Kuipers went for a magnum, and Dean Cox a mini milk.

Rumours that Guy Butters was seen running away with a box of Feasts are unfounded.
