I disagree. I think on the whole us British are a fairly pragmatic bunch really, with a 'mustn't grumble' outlook on life, regardless.
If you want the World Champion moaners, look no further than our friends across the Channel. The French are the biggest bunch of whinging bastards going. Their farmers, civil servants, students, nurses, doctors, coppers, business community, politicians, vineyard owners. Whatever. All of 'em - whinging bastards, the French.
