Because Chrome doesn't allow you to display two tabs side by side (I have widescreen), so I use another browser when I need to do this.
I don't think that phrase requires a definition! I thought he was referring to the thead title, not my browser.

you can run 2 instances of chrome. even drag one tab out of the main window onto some desktop area and it will break off into a separate instance
