Anyway to the serious stuff!

Cup run starts this weekend :drink:

Lots of young players coming up through the youth system into the first team squad.

We are not mathematically down, as yet :clap2:

1) We're not bottom for a least the next two weeks.
2) We might be "concerned" about whether our manager has lost it, but at least he's not Graeme Souness.
3) The wages Leon's departure will free up could pay for someone useful.
4) I suppose we still have a fighting chance of survival, even if we look toilet at the moment.

We are one point from safety and if we stay up in the last game of the year, we will have overachieved.

PS TrevorDove, I dont think they are that firm anymore, they are starting to droop ;)

1. I'm alive
2. My wife is cooking me toad in the hole as we speak
3. I'm going to get completely wankered/stoned this eve

And finally 4. I'm going to smash the granny out of my missus for the 1st time in ages, so I would say things are looking up really :smokin:

Way out West
We are in the Championship, way higher than we have a right to be playing at the mo
Falmer is on the horizon, and getting closer every day
We have some great young prospects
We have the coolest kit sponsor in the country
We have the best chairman by a mile
We have a manager who is not afraid to experiment, and not full of stupid excuses when things don't always go to plan
We are NOT owned by some attention-seeking idiot with no real interest in the long-term future of the club
We have a great youth set-up
The club does wonders in the community

There are loads more, but I'm in a rush, will add some more later
:)

The one positive that I can think of is if we do go down we have a cracking bunch of youngsters coming through and they should get more of a chance in that division.

Imagine if our first game at Falmer the team is something like this.

Henderson

El-Abd
A.Hinshelwood
T.Elphick
Lynch

Carole
Hammond
Nicolas
Frutos

CKR
Gatting

With the rest of the squad made up of-

Martin, Sullivan, P.Hinshelwood, Rents, Cobbs, G.Elphick, Cox, Jarrett, Breach, Fraser, Chamberlain, McPhee, Robinson.

A big old pipe dream I know but wouldn't it be awesome.

Argus reckons Henderson will cost us 30k. That is an absolute BARGAIN for a keeper of his quality
