What a shit day I have had

I went to college today planning to pop home and try and chase up and NME ticket for tonight.

I get to college and have two hours of shorthand...great start to the day.

I then get a text from a mate saying he has a ticket and has heard that Bloc Party are signing in HMV this afternoon.

After scouing ebay he gets back to me and says there are no tickets about.

I go and try and buy one off a tout at about 6. Out of eight touts only 3 had one ticket and they have gone.

I get the train home which is delayed and spend ages stuck at Three Bridges.

I get home and find a message saying if I ring someone before 6 they can get me a free ticket for the gig and another message from a mate saying I can buy his at face value but he needs to know ASAP.

Bugger bugger buggger bugger bugger bugger bugger bugger

AND the vinyl I got signed by Bloc Party is f'in smudged in my bag.
