Isn't "cask conditioned lager" a contradiction in terms?

On the other hand, I would happily sell a kidney for a decent pint of Harveys Old

it's not fizzy! it's more like a gulping belgian beer or a light wheat beer

think 'Schneider Weizen' but more hops and less cloudy
