It's actually 2.1 miles from Brisbane Road but your point stands. There is no way that Premier League rule is enforceable in reality, certainly in this case. That stadium needs a tennant, and Orient have done a poor job of convincing anyone it should be them.

Whats more the rule was surely intended for where there are usually 1 or 2 clubs in a county, not dozens in one city/town like there is in London. There are way too many London clubs IMO. Any club that wants to move a mile or 2 would be in contradine of this rule.
