Ok people, so far, you've got me to propose, so before the 'how do I sell my kidney, cos I can't afford the wedding' thread.
I'm hoping for some assistance in what's becoming a very tricky subject.
What should we do our 1st dance too?

The trouble is, I don't dance, other that leaping around like a loony, and so far the future Mrs Stst Brother has refused to entertain the idea of dancing to either 'Oh Shit' by The Buzzcocks, or 'Sweaty Betty', by The Macc Lads, while spitting on grandmothers.
It has occured to me, while writing this, I've never danced with the good lady, which seems a little odd.

Anyway, I have a vision that when we do our 1st dance, we will just end up looking like that Downs Syndrome, couple from Jim'll fix it, who wanted to be Torville & Dean.

So, you see the problem. Is they any way round this & still retaining a shred of dignity.

We had Bring Me Sunshine by Morecombe & Wise. The words fit perfectly and it's only a couple of minutes long.

Most soppy couples have a "song" don't they ? Ours is "Love Is All Around" by Wet Wet Wet, as that was in the charts when me and the missus first got together. I'd romantically nuzzle my erect penis into her stomach whilst having a slow dance to that one.

The Goldstone Rap by the 1983 Cup Final Squad. Brilliant to dance to.

My most recent idea I've had is for the dj to strike up Fatboys, Praise You.
Us to don headbands & pay homage to Spike Jonez video.

Can't Take My Eyes Off You by Frankie Valli

Starts off all slow and romantic, so you can be slushy and waltz around for a minute, then "I love you baby…" kicks in, cue everyone else on the dancefloor, job done.

Took us bloody ages to decide what to have for our first dance.
Spent an evening on Limewire and the net trying to find something suitable.

I wanted Crazy for you as the words were apt.

But we settled on "You are so Beautiful" by Joe Cocker.

Strangely enough, the DJ played crazy for you straight after.

Sadly guys, the good lady is relatively unimpressed by the suggestions so far.
