With the weather we've had the past few days, is there any aspect of the construction that has to be delayed if the rain is too heavy or the wind too strong, eg steelwork not being placed because it's too dangerous if the crane operators haven't got a clear view?

Thanks, but not what I was after. I know Buckinghams made allowances, I was after a general answer such as the example I gave above, not "will it be finished on time"
