yes - unless a current holder goes out of business ?

but the opening post pondered :

"How long before we get another chance of winning the cup back ? or will it eventually pass on to Europe and never come back ?"

the fun is to see if it will cross out path again, or move on to south america with the "supercup" etc

Fair point. It would alos be interesting to see how many countries/continents it moved through before returning to us.

although it stated with a "freindly" against chealsea - from then it is just competive league and cup games
